Arbor Wellness offers residential treatment,  partial hospitalization, and outpatient services for mental health at our Nashville, TN location.

Arbor Wellness works with most major insurance providers who cover out-of-network benefits, typically a PPO, POS or EPO policy. We also offer affordable cash pay rates for those who are not covered by health insurance. At this time we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare policies.

Yes. We have a dedicated admissions team standing by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week who can help guide you to the help you need for mental health.

If you or a loved one is experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact 911 or visit your local emergency department. From there you can contact us so we can arrange transfer to Arbor Wellness once you or your loved one is stabilized and safe.

Arbor Wellness is a full continuum of care provider, meaning we offer every level of care. Residential treatment is when clients reside on property 24/7 under constant medical and psychiatric supervision. Partial hospitalization is when clients reside at home or in supportive housing and attend treatment during the day. With outpatient treatment clients reside at home or in supportive housing and attend outpatient therapy 1-5 times a week, depending on the individual treatment plan for that client.

Arbor Wellness is an at-will facility and clients are admitted only on a voluntary basis. There are some laws that can mandate a 72-hour hold, but it can be difficult to navigate.
