The only good thing about arbor wellness was Mo and a couple other staff members that I don’t even know still work there. They can’t seem to keep workers on board without constantly firing them. It’s an ever revolving door just like it is for us clients. It’s honestly really depressing there and it… feels and looks like and pretty much is a psych hospital. And also if you smoke a lot you will hate it there because they barely take you out for smoke breaks. they always tell you they will but once you get there they give you the run around.read more

My daughter was admitted to this facility recently, and our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We were given numerous promises before she began her treatment, but we were utterly shocked by the reality of what she faced.First and foremost, the website falsely advertises a wide range of… treatment options, but the truth is, they are severely understaffed to dangerously low levels. My daughter, along with several others, was given the wrong medication on multiple occasions. When she tried to inform the nurse, she was shockingly told to “shut up.”When I tried to check on her, I was met with every excuse under the sun as to why she couldn’t come to the phone, and I couldn’t even get a simple update on her condition.The most alarming part is that they house men and women in the same boarding areas, creating a dangerous environment. They clearly do not care about the safety of their patients. This facility seems only interested in milking your insurance for every penny, without providing the care and support they claim to offer.I strongly advise against sending your loved ones here. This place is a complete disgrace, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.read more

if i could give 0 stars, i would. note: this is my 2nd time through this program.Chris…i dont even know where to start with him. we went from the Madison location to the Brentwood location. it seems as though Chris thought “ohhh, bigger location, that means more clients, lets do it!!!” and did… not think anything else through beyond that.there are fights. lots of them. whether verbal or physical. and you wanna know why? lack of staff! we moved into a building with 2x the amount of people to hold, but Chris didn’t think to hire more staff. you might think…he just made this huge financial decision so he can’t afford them!1. if you can’t afford to hire more staff when you know you’ll get at least double the amount of clients…thats a horrible decision2. i have seen a bill from someone who was in Arbor with me the first time, it was close to $300,000 their insurance paid.therefore, Chris, you could have EASILY paid for more staff.dont even get me started on my case manager…btw, they only have 2 🥲. Shanesia has to be the most unprofessional person i have ever met. 100% of her clients have complained about how unprofessional she is. she has stated, TO CLIENTS, how much she hates her job. someone was on their 20 minute phone call for the week had her cussing in the background, to the point where he had to get off the phone because she was being so foul.i have a billion more things to say, but i’ll leave it with this…i wouldn’t wish going to Arbor Wellness on my worst enemy. yeah, you (now) have full beds and a TV in your room. it isn’t worth it. i went there for help with my PTSD and they did NOTHING but make it worse.do not go here.read more

I couldn’t say enough great things about this program. I walked in completely hopeless and broken with no will to live any longer. Working with the team here between Doug and my therapist giving me the tools I need to be able to better cope with not only life, but my past traumas, I can actually go… to the store without being overwhelmed. I can maintain a job without being overstimulated. Most importantly, I can be the mother I always wanted to be to my children And have been given the opportunity to rebuild the other relationships I damaged along the way. Extremely grateful for arbor wellness. My biggest sadness is I could not experience their beautiful new facility.read more

I paid a $600 flight to get our daughter here for help all the way from Florida. We called four times this week to confirm her belongings before we made the 5 hour trip up here from Atlanta today and my daughter also called twice I called yesterday and then we called again today to confirm we were… on our way as we were told and advised to do so coming here with empty suitcases after a long trip. They first handed us one suitcase empty when in fact our daughter came with three bags. When we asked where her other bags were. They mysteriously went back to find her other two suitcases. All suitcases empty, no clothes. Only making a few phone calls today when they should have done this earlier in the week when we called to inquire, they left her clothes at their other facility where they moved from and told we cannot retrieve them today. They promised they would ship them this week. Lies! After this long trip up here and multiple calls this week, this is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Finally, They said they could handle her pseudo seizures when in fact they lied. The sent her to hospital three times within a week and then would not allow her to return for treatment.Then they had the nerves today when they handed us empty suitcases and no clothes, how daughter is doing. I would never recommend sending my family member here for help because they are not capable of helping for mental health. They take your money, lose your family members clothes , bill your insurance,and then refuse treatment.read more

Nick answered the Arbor Wellness on Friday around 5 pm on his day off. He’s been chatting with me to help get the patient number at Tristar. We chatted for 24 hours until he helped me get the number. He’s helped me get his clean clothes and Bible to Andrew. Nick has been absolutely delightful… in one of my hardest times in my life. I am so glad that I met him. May God bless him!read more

Passed my information on to another facility without my knowledge or permission. The people who were going to be able to verify my BCBS insurance are not in on the weekend so that is entirely unhelpful. I hung up the phone to seek other options on my own as I do not want to wait for tomorrow or… Tuesday when a mental health facility should always be equipped with proper intake employees. So, to receive a text from another location asking if I’d like to receive treatment there is insane!! Who gave you permission to send my information to another facility? Wacky business.read more

My son was at this place. Absolutely amazing. Moe is the one responsible for the positive outcome. She is caring, patient and goes above and beyond what would be expected. She is a true gift! My son and I will be forever grateful.
