Lindsay is an accomplished clinical leader with more than a decade of experience in behavioral health care.
She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Illinois State University.
Lindsay is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has extensive expertise in psychiatric care, healthcare management, and evidence-based treatment.
Her career includes leadership at Chicago Behavioral Hospital, where she has overseen inpatient and outpatient clinical programs, directed multidisciplinary teams of 50+ staff, and ensured compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards.
Lindsay has also provided consultation and leadership support to other hospitals, guiding them toward successful accreditation and operational excellence.
Passionate about advancing mental health services, Lindsay combines strong clinical knowledge with hands-on leadership, ensuring clients receive compassionate, effective care while staff are supported in delivering best-practice interventions.
